Baselayer Menu Manager ("we", "our", or "the App") collects and stores the following information:

• Store Information: Your Shopify store domain and store owner email address
• Menu Data: Navigation menu structures, menu items, and scheduled menu changes
• Authentication Data: OAuth access tokens to communicate with your Shopify store

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to:

• Provide menu management and scheduling functionality
• Update your store's navigation menus as scheduled
• Authenticate API requests to your Shopify store

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored securely in an encrypted PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway.app. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties. Your data is used exclusively to provide the App's functionality within your Shopify store.

5. Customer Personal Data

The App does not collect, store, or process any personal information about your customers. Menu management does not involve customer data.

6. GDPR Compliance

We comply with GDPR requirements. Upon app uninstallation, all your data will be automatically deleted within 48 hours. You can request data deletion at any time by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data
• Request data deletion
• Request data export
• Uninstall the app at any time

8. Data Retention

We retain your data only while the App is installed. Upon uninstallation, all data (including menu schedules, versions, and authentication tokens) is permanently deleted after 48 hours.
